Collecting plastics on the beach is becoming a tradition for the ÔBABA team in IBIZA. Faced with the growing threat of plastic waste, we are taking advantage of the winter season to remove plastic waste from beaches, helping to preserve the natural beauty of the island and protecting marine life. This action also aims to raise awareness about the devastating impact of plastics on the marine ecosystem and promote sustainable tourism that preserves the environment. Collecting plastic thus becomes a crucial gesture to preserve the magic of Ibiza's beaches. There is too much plastic and that is why our harvest is large.
